Volunteer Support

As the scale of the recovery and clean up become clear, we will be mobilising teams of volunteers to work in those areas they can.

To do this well, we need to know what work needs to be done and who needs support.

Respite/Showers

If anyone is in need of recharging facilities as well as a shower and some time away from it all, send them down to All Saints' Church between 9am and 3pm and we can supply.

We have some toiletries, towels and plenty of warm water for those seeking it. Even a coffee or tea with a bit of milk. In these times, it is the simplest of things that make a difference.

Prayer

For many this will be the hardest thing to do at the moment, but it is an essential part of the response both for ourselves and our community. Prayer shifts hearts, our own and others.

Join us for prayer Tuesday to Friday at 9:15am, or on Sunday mornings. All are welcome.

The church can also be open for those seeking respite and quiet.
