About the event
In this 2 hour session, you will be introduced to two or three different mindfulness practices, as well as living, everyday mindfulness. In addition to being a mindfulness teacher, the tutor, Bhavna, works as a psychologist, is an author and has a Tedx talk. Her approach to mindfulness is relaxed, without any dogma or must-do. She incorporates psychological aspects in her teaching to give a fuller understanding of mindfulness from various aspects.
