On Sunday, 11 August Bishop Andrew will be with us to celebrate some milestones in the faith of members in our community, but also milestones of the life that exists within our church.
Joining us for 8am and 10am, it will be the 10am service that will see the majority of the actions as we celebrate 8 baptisms - Drew, Angelique, Peyton, Sid, Edie, Jeanie, Louise, and Isaac - all by immersion. Alongside this, we will celebrate at least 6 confirmations - Drew, Angelique, Julie, Derry, Graeme, and Ruth - though there may be additional candidates join.
While for us these are moments of embrace and initiation, they are momentous moments in the life of these candidates' faith as they take that step of affiliation and connection with Jesus. Please uplift them all in your prayers as we head toward August 11.
