With the recent Mission Concert at Mission Estate down the road from All Saints' Church in Taradale, several members of our community took the opportunity to not only show some local hospitality but also to raise funds for the work of the church.
With thousands travelling from around the country to hear Robbie Williams perform, the hosts housed and offered breakfast to guests for either one night or two, with the funds raised going toward the ministry of our church.
So many positive reports of hospitality and wonderful conversations have come in, and the total raised by the efforts has come to over $3,800.
Thank you to all of those involved in the effort - what a wonderful way to not only share in the ministry of hospitality, but also find a means of supported the wider work of the church in the process!
